Our business has been nearly 100% referral based during the tough economic times over the past years. A little history about me personally: I attended/graduated from Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology) in the early 1990's, where I was the place-kicker for the 1990 National Championship football team under coach Bobby Ross. Football continued for several years, bouncing around different teams in the NFL. One year after playing for the Minnesota Vikings in 1996, I 'hung up the cleats" and quickly devloped an interest in the "world wide web", and in building websites.
Our company was founded in early 1997, and though the company name was different back then, our first client website design went live that year. It won an industry award among its peers, and we were hooked!
Since that time, we've worked with clients big and small, and built many websites. Our goal has always remained the same: find the best solution for each client's individual needs. It doesn't matter if your budget is tight or if you are lucky enough to have unlimited funds for your project, you still need your website to work for YOU.
In my experience, clients generally don't care much about the technical details, as long as their end product is clean, professional, functional, and delievered on time/budget, with all questions answered in a timely manner. The need to be trustworthy, to return a call or respond to an inquiry, reply to an email quickly, resolve any issues that may come up... these should be the goal of any service provider.
